CSPF Application

Welcome, Partner Civil Society Organizations!

As part of the current CSO/PPPP Framework, and to further deepen the understanding and appreciation for the Citizen Satisfaction Index System, the Department of the Interior and Local Government, through the Bureau of Local Government Supervision, has developed the Civil Society Participation Fund.

The CSPF is a small grant facility which aims to provide technical and financial assistance to our qualified partner CSOs to support projects that address the service delivery gaps identified through the CSIS Results.

Since its launch in 2012, a total of twenty-five (25) projects, which covered the various service areas of the CSIS, have been awarded the grant and have successfully completed their projects, leaving a positive impact to their respective communities.

For the FY 2024 Implementation Year, the application period shall be from February 1, 2024 to March 6, 2024
